1. The financial envelope for the implementation of this Decision is set at EUR 116,85 million for the period set out in Article 1. 2. The allocations for the actions provided for in the programme shall be entered in the annual appropriations of the general budget of the European Union. The available annual appropriations shall be authorised by the budgetary authority within the limits of the financial framework. |
