For the purposes of this Regulation, the following definitions apply: (1) ‘third-country national’ means a third-country national as defined in point 1 of Article 3 of Directive 2008/115/EC; (2) ‘return’ means return as defined in point 3 of Article 3 of Directive 2008/115/EC; (3) ‘return decision’ means return decision as defined in point 4 of Article 3 of Directive 2008/115/EC. |
