1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 5 February 2025. 2. By way of derogation from paragraph 1 of this Article: (a) Article 11(3), point (b), Article 34(6) and Article 84 shall apply from 1 January 2025; (b) Section 5 shall apply from 1 January 2025, except Articles 42, 43, 44, 52, 53 and 54, which shall apply from 4 August 2024. |
