Member States shall make easily accessible, and provide upon request to the third-country national and the future employer: (a) adequate information on all the documentary evidence needed for an application, and, where appropriate, on the applicable fees; (b) information on entry and residence conditions, including the rights, obligations and procedural safeguards, including legal redress, of the third-country nationals and of their family members, and information on the workers’ organisations in accordance with national law. |
