Directive 2014/41/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 3 April 2014 regarding the European Investigation Order in criminal matters article 33 CELEX: 02014L0041-20220313 Notifications
1. By 22 May 2017 each Member State shall notify the Commission of the following: (a) the authority or authorities which, in accordance with its national law, are competent according to Article 2(c) and (d) when this Member State is the issuing State or the executing State; (b) the languages accepted for an EIO, as referred to in Article 5(2); (c) the information regarding the designated central authority or authorities if the Member State wishes to make use of the possibility under Article 7(3). This information shall be binding upon the authorities of the issuing State. 2. Each Member State may also provide the Commission the list of necessary documents it would require under Article 22(4). 3. Member States shall inform the Commission of any subsequent changes to the information referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2. 4. The Commission shall make the information received under this Article available to all the Member States and to the EJN. The EJN shall make the information available on the website referred to in Article 9 of the Council Decision 2008/976/JHA (). |
