1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. 2. It shall apply from 13 July 2023. 3. By way of derogation from paragraph 2 of this Article, Articles 47 and 48 shall apply from 12 January 2023 and Article 14(5), (6) and (7) shall apply from 13 January 2024. 4. By way of derogation from paragraph 2 of this Article, Articles 21 and 29 shall apply from 13 October 2023. |
