The competent authority shall base an official confirmation of a listed disease as referred to in point (a) of Article 9(1) on the following information:
the results of the clinical and laboratory examinations provided for in Article 54(2);
the preliminary or final results of the epidemiological enquiry provided for in Article 57(1);
other available epidemiological data. |
