Directive 2011/99/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 December 2011 on the European protection order article 17 CELEX: 32011L0099 Languages
1. A European protection order shall be translated by the competent authority of the issuing State into the official language or one of the official languages of the executing State. 2. The form referred to in Article 12 shall be translated by the competent authority of the executing State into the official language or one of the official languages of the issuing State. 3. Any Member State may, either when this Directive is adopted or at a later date, state in a declaration that it shall deposit with the Commission that it will accept a translation in one or more other official languages of the Union. |
