1. eu-LISA shall establish an Advisory Group in order to obtain expertise related to the JITs collaboration platform, in particular in the context of the preparation of eu-LISA`s annual work programme and annual activity report, and to identify potential improvements and new functionalities to be implemented in the JITs collaboration platform. 2. The Advisory Group shall be composed of the representatives of the Member States, the Commission and the JITs Network Secretariat. It shall be chaired by eu-LISA. It shall: (a) meet at least once a month until the start of operations of the JITs collaboration platform where possible, and meet regularly thereafter; (b) during the design and development phase of the JITs collaboration platform, report to the Programme Management Board after each meeting; (c) during the design and development phase of the JITs collaboration platform, provide technical expertise to support the tasks of the Programme Management Board. |
