1. Union fishing vessels fishing in the NPFC Convention area shall not fish for, retain on board, tranship or land sharks in the NPFC Convention area. 2. When accidentally caught, specimens of the species referred to in paragraph 1 shall not be harmed and shall be promptly released. |
