1. The processing of personal data by ENISA shall be subject to Regulation (EU) 2018/1725. 2. The Management Board shall adopt implementing rules as referred to in Article 45(3) of Regulation (EU) 2018/1725. The Management Board may adopt additional measures necessary for the application of Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 by ENISA. |
