The operations financed from 11th EDF resources managed by the EIB in accordance with this Part shall be subject to the audit and discharge procedures that the EIB applies for third party mandate accounts. Detailed rules for auditing by the Court of Auditors shall be set out in a tripartite agreement between the EIB, the Commission and the Court of Auditors. |
