Regulation (EEC) No 2842/72 of the Council of 19 December 1972 concluding an Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Republic of Iceland and adopting provisions for its implementation article 22_protocol_3 CELEX: 31972R2842 The Contracting Parties undertake to introduce any measures necessary to ensure that the movement certificates which the customs authorities of the Member States of the Community and of Iceland are authorized to issue in pursuance of the agreements referred to in Article 2 are issued under the conditions laid down by those agreements. They also undertake to provide the administrative cooperation necessary for this purpose, in particular to check on the itinerary of goods traded under the agreements referred to in Article 2 and the places in which they have been held. |
