Council Regulation (Euratom) No 1493/93 of 8 June 1993 on shipments of radioactive substances between Member States article 11 CELEX: 31993R1493 1. The Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. 2. This Regulation shall cease to apply to radioactive waste on 1 January 1994.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
