Statistical results in respect of the carriage of goods by road shall be disseminated no later than 12 months after the end of the period to which the results relate.
The Commission shall, by means of implementing acts, adopt rules on the dissemination of statistical results in respect of the carriage of goods by road, including the structure and content of the results to be disseminated. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 9(2). |
