Council Regulation (EU) No 208/2014 of 5 March 2014 concerning restrictive measures directed against certain persons, entities and bodies in view of the situation in Ukraine article 15 CELEX: 02014R0208-20240913 1. Member States shall lay down the rules on penalties applicable to infringements of the provisions of this Regulation and shall take all measures necessary to ensure that they are implemented. The penalties provided for must be effective, proportionate and dissuasive. 2. Member States shall notify the rules referred to in paragraph 1 to the Commission without delay after 6 March 2014 and shall notify it of any subsequent amendment. |
