1. The amount referred to in point (a) of Article 10(2) shall be allocated to Member States’ programmes indicatively as follows: (a) EUR 5 225 000 000 in accordance with Annex I; (b) EUR 1 045 000 000 for the adjustment of the allocations to the Member States’ programmes referred to in Article 17(1). 2. Where the amount referred to in point (b) of paragraph 1 of this Article is not fully allocated, the remaining amount may be added to the amount referred to in point (b) of Article 10(2). |
