1. The programme will be monitored regularly in order to follow the implementation of activities carried out thereunder. 2. The Commission shall ensure the regular, independent, external evaluation of the programme. 3. The Commission shall submit to the European Parliament and the Council: (a) an interim evaluation report on the results obtained and the qualitative and quantitative aspects of the implementation of the programme not later than 31 March 2011 accompanied by a list of the projects and measures financed; (b) a communication on the continuation of the programme not later than 31 May 2012; (c) an ex-post evaluation report, on the implementation and results of the programme not later than 31 December 2014. |
