1. Notification of the data subject of the communication of all or part of the information collected on him shall take place in accordance with the national law of the requested Member State. 2. Where there is a risk that it may prejudice the effective recovery of the maintenance claim, such notification may be deferred for a period which shall not exceed 90 days from the date on which the information was provided to the requested Central Authority. |
