Council Regulation (EEC) No 4017/86 of 16 December 1986 on the conclusion of the Agreement on the texts in the Spanish and Portuguese languages of the Agreement between the European Economic Community, the Swiss Confederation and the Republic of Austria on the extension of the application of the rules on Community transit article 3 CELEX: 31986R4017 This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
