Council Regulation (EEC) No 2300/76 of 20 September 1976 concluding the Framework Agreement for commercial and economic cooperation between the European Communities and Canada article 3 CELEX: 31976R2300 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
