1. The Commission shall: (a) provide users of the gateway with a user-friendly tool to signal and give feedback anonymously on any obstacles encountered by them in exercising their internal market rights; (b) collect aggregated information from the assistance and problem-solving services that form part of the gateway about the subject matter of requests and responses. 2. The Commission, the competent authorities and the national coordinators shall have direct access to the feedback collected in accordance with point (a) of paragraph 1. 3. The Member States and the Commission shall analyse and investigate the problems raised by users pursuant to this Article and address them, wherever possible, by appropriate means. |
