1. Regulations (EC) No 577/98 and (EC) No 1177/2003 are repealed with effect from 31 December 2020, without prejudice to the obligations set out in those Regulations concerning the transmission of data and metadata, including quality reports, with regard to reference periods that fall, in whole or in part, before that date. 2. References to the repealed Regulations shall be construed as references to this Regulation. |
