Council Regulation (EC) No 1335/2000 of 10 April 2000 concerning the export of certain ECSC steel products from Bulgaria to the Community for the period 1 January to 31 December 2000 (extension of the double-checking system) article 0 CELEX: 32000R1335 Whereas: (1) The Europe Agreement establishing an association between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Bulgaria, of the other part(1), entered into force on 1 February 1995. (2) The Parties decided by Decision No 2/2000 of the EU-Bulgaria Association Council of 23 May 2000(2) to extend the double-checking system introduced by Decision No 3/97(3) of the Association Council for the period between 1 January and 31 December 2000. (3) It is consequently necessary to extend the Community implementing legislation introduced by Regulation (EC) No 86/98(4),
