Where relevant for the effective control of a listed disease as referred to in point (a) of Article 9(1) for which disease control measures apply, the competent authority may:
develop a vaccination plan;
establish vaccination zones.
When deciding on the vaccination plan and the establishment of vaccination zones as provided for in paragraph 1, the competent authority shall take the following into account:
the requirements for emergency vaccination set out in the contingency plans provided for in Article 43;
the requirements for the use of vaccines as provided for in Article 46(1) and any delegated acts adopted pursuant to Article 47. |
