The Commission shall specify, by means of implementing acts, the procedural rules on: (a) the notification of arrival referred to in Article 133; (b) the conveyance of goods referred to in Article 135(5).
Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 285(4). |
