The Member States shall provide within the framework of the European Judicial Network in civil and commercial matters established by Decision 2001/470/EC the following information with a view to making it available to the public: (a) a description of the national laws and procedures concerning maintenance obligations; (b) a description of the measures taken to meet the obligations under Article 51; (c) a description of how effective access to justice is guaranteed, as required under Article 44, and
(d) a description of national enforcement rules and procedures, including information on any limitations on enforcement, in particular debtor protection rules and limitation or prescription periods.
Member States shall keep this information permanently updated. |
