Member States shall make available the preliminary flood risk assessment, the flood hazard maps, the flood risk maps and flood risk management plans referred to in Articles 4, 6 and 7, as well as their review and, where applicable, their updates to the Commission within three months after the dates indicated respectively in Articles 4(4), 6(8), 7(5) and 14. 2. Member States shall inform the Commission of the decisions taken in accordance with Article 13(1), (2) and (3) and make available the relevant information thereon by the dates indicated respectively in Articles 4(4), 6(8) and 7(5). |
