Regulation (EU) 2016/796 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 May 2016 on the European Union Agency for Railways and repealing Regulation (EC) No 881/2004 (Text with EEA relevance) article 15 CELEX: 32016R0796 Maintenance of vehicles
1. The Agency shall assist the Commission with regard to the system of certification of entities in charge of maintenance in accordance with Article 14(7) of Directive (EU) 2016/798. 2. The Agency shall address recommendations to the Commission for the purposes of Article 14(8) of Directive (EU) 2016/798. 3. The Agency shall analyse any alternative measures decided in accordance with Article 15 of Directive (EU) 2016/798 and shall include the outcome of its analysis in the report referred to in Article 35(4) of this Regulation. 4. The Agency shall support and, upon request, coordinate the national safety authorities in the supervision of entities in charge of maintenance as referred to in point (c) of Article 17(1) of Directive (EU) 2016/798. |
