1. Europol shall ensure processing of the queries of Europol data by the ESP. Europol shall adapt its Querying Europol Systems (QUEST) interface for basic protection level (BPL) data accordingly. 2. Europol shall be responsible for the management of, and arrangements for its duly authorised staff to use and access the ESP and the CIR under this Regulation and the creation and regular update of a list of those staff and their profiles. |
