1. The determining authority shall withdraw the subsidiary protection status of a third-country national or a stateless person where: (a) that third-country national or stateless person has ceased to be eligible for subsidiary protection in accordance with Article 16; (b) after having been granted subsidiary protection status, that third-country national or stateless person should have been or is excluded from being eligible for subsidiary protection in accordance with Article 17; (c) that third-country national or stateless person’s misrepresentation of facts, including the use of false documents, or omission of facts was decisive for the granting of subsidiary protection status. |

The determining authority which granted subsidiary protection status shall, on an individual basis, demonstrate that the beneficiary of the subsidiary protection status has ceased to be eligible for subsidiary protection, or should have never been granted subsidiary protection status, or should no longer be a beneficiary of subsidiary protection status for the reasons set out in paragraph 1of this Article. During the withdrawal procedure, Article 66 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1348 shall apply. |
