1. The Commission shall perform the tasks set out in Articles 57 and 59 where the health data holders are Union institutions, bodies, offices or agencies. 2. The Commission shall ensure that the necessary human, technical and financial resources, premises and infrastructure are allocated for the effective performance of the tasks set out in Articles 57 and 59 and the exercise of its duties. 3. Unless otherwise explicitly excluded, references to health data access bodies in this Regulation in relation to the performance of tasks and exercise of duties shall be understood to also apply to the Commission, where the health data holders are Union institutions, bodies, offices or agencies. |
