Directive 2007/46/EC is hereby amended as follows:
Part A
1. Annex IV shall be amended as follows: (a) the following row shall be inserted in the table in Part I: (b) the following row shall be inserted in Table 1 of Appendix 1 of Part I: (c) the following row shall be inserted in Table 2 of Appendix 1 of Part I:
2. In Annex VI, the following row shall be inserted in the table in the Appendix to Model A:
3. Annex XI shall be amended as follows: (a) in Appendix 1, the following row shall be inserted in the table: (b) in Appendix 2, the following row shall be inserted in the table: (c) in Appendix 3, the following row shall be inserted in the table: (d) in Appendix 4, the following row shall be inserted in the table: (e) in Appendix 5, the following row shall be inserted in the table:
Part B
1. Annex IV shall be amended as follows: (a) Item 1 in the table in Part I shall be deleted; (b) Item 1 in Table 1 of Appendix 1 to Part I shall be deleted; (c) Item 1 in Table 2 of Appendix 1 to Part I shall be deleted; (d) Item 1 of the table in Part II shall be deleted. 2. In Annex VI, in the table in the Appendix to Model A, Item 1 shall be deleted. |
