1. The Joint Research Centre of the Commission shall be eligible for participation in, and for funding by, the EMRP under conditions comparable to those of the National Metrology Institutes of participating States. 2. The own resources of the Joint Research Centre, which are not covered by EMRP funding, shall not count as a Community financial contribution within the scope of Article 1. 3. The institute of the Joint Research Centre that is responsible for metrology, as a department of the Commission acting on behalf of the Community, shall be entitled to participate in the implementation of the EMRP within the dedicated implementation structure as an observer without voting rights. |
