Council Regulation (EEC) No 2474/93 of 8 September 1993 imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports into the Community of bicycles originating in the People's Republic of China and collecting definitively the provisional anti-dumping duty article 1 CELEX: 31993R2474 1. A definitive anti-dumping duty is hereby imposed on imports of bicycles and other cycles (including delivery tricycles), not motorized falling within CN code 8712 00, originating in the People's Republic of China. 2. The rate of the duty, applicable to the net, free-at-Community-frontier price, before duty, shall be 30,6 %. 3. The provisions in force concerning customs duties shall apply. |
