1. The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 18a amending the Annexes following a request to the Authority for scientific and/or technical assistance. 2. Amendments to the list referred to in Article 6(1) shall be adopted in accordance with the regulatory procedure referred to in Article 19(2) following a request to the Authority for scientific and/or technical assistance. |
