1. The Agency shall produce and publish a daily LNG price assessment and a daily LNG benchmark. For the purpose of the LNG price assessment and the LNG benchmark, the Agency shall systematically collect and process LNG market data on transactions. The price assessment shall where appropriate take into account regional differences and market conditions. 2. By way of derogation from Article 3(4), point (b), of this Regulation, the market participant obligations and prohibitions laid down in this Regulation shall apply to LNG market participants. The powers conferred to the Agency under this Regulation and Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1348/2014 shall also apply in relation to LNG market participants including the provisions on confidentiality. |
