As regards products not subject to requirements for a CE marking under Union law, when specifying rules on markings indicating conformity with the applicable ecodesign requirements pursuant to Article 4(6), point (d), the Commission shall take into account the following criteria: (a) the need to minimise the administrative burden for economic operators; (b) the need to ensure there is coherence in relation to other markings applicable to a specific product; and
(c) the need to prevent confusion about the meaning of markings under other Union law. |
