1. Member States shall notify the Commission of all bilateral Agreements referred to in Article 13 and of any denunciation thereof or amendment thereto. 2. The Commission shall make the information notified in accordance with paragraph 1 available to the Member States and to the public by publishing it in the Official Journal of the European Union or by any other appropriate means. |
