1. Qualified electronic signatures based on a qualified certificate issued in one Member State and qualified electronic seals based on a qualified certificate issued in one Member State shall be recognised, respectively, as qualified electronic signatures and qualified electronic seals in all other Member States. 2. Qualified electronic signature creation devices and qualified electronic seal creation devices certified in one Member State shall be recognised, respectively, as qualified electronic signature creation devices and qualified electronic seal creation devices in all other Member States. |

A qualified validation service for qualified electronic signatures and a qualified validation service for qualified electronic seals provided in one Member State shall be recognised, respectively, as a qualified validation service for qualified electronic signatures and a qualified validation service for qualified electronic seals in all other Member States. |

A qualified electronic time stamp provided in one Member State shall be recognised as a qualified electronic time stamp in all other Member States. 7. A qualified certificate for website authentication issued in one Member State shall be recognised as a qualified certificate for website authentication in all other Member States. 8. A qualified electronic registered delivery service provided in one Member State shall be recognised as a qualified electronic registered delivery service in all other Member States. 9. A qualified electronic attestation of attributes issued in one Member State shall be recognised as a qualified electronic attestation of attributes in all other Member States. |
