1. The conditions related to the accumulation phase of the national sub-accounts shall be determined by Member States unless they are specified in this Regulation. 2. Such conditions may include in particular age limits for starting the accumulation phase, minimum duration of the accumulation phase, maximum and minimum amount of contributions and their continuity. |
