The competent authority referred to in paragraph 1 and the competent authority of the Member State referred to in paragraph 3 shall inform the Commission and other Member States:
immediately of the outbreak or occurrence of a hazard referred to in paragraph 1;
without delay of the emergency measures taken pursuant to paragraphs 1 and 2. |
