Council Regulation (EEC) No 568/86 of 24 February 1986 concerning the application of Protocol No 4, annexed to the Act of Accession of Spain and Portugal, with regard to the mechanism for additional responsibilities within the framework of fisheries agreements concluded by the Community with third countries article 10 CELEX: 31986R0568 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
