Council Regulation (EC) No 428/2009 of 5 May 2009 setting up a Community regime for the control of exports, transfer, brokering and transit of dual-use items (recast) article 17 CELEX: 02009R0428-20211007 1. Member States may provide that customs formalities for the export of dual-use items may be completed only at customs offices empowered to that end. 2. Member States availing themselves of the option set out in paragraph 1 shall inform the Commission of the duly empowered customs offices. The Commission shall publish the information in the C series of the Official Journal of the European Union. |
