Council Regulation (EC) No 1469/95 of 22 June 1995 on measures to be taken with regard to certain beneficiaries of operations financed by the Guarantee Section of the EAGGF article 5 CELEX: 31995R1469 Detailed rules for the application of this Regulation shall be adopted in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 13 of Regulation (EEC) No 729/70. They shall concern, among other things:

the notifications to be made by the Member States;
—
the nature of the links between different natural or legal persons which may result in their being regarded as operators within the meaning of this Regulation;
—
the conditions under which operators may avoid the suspension of payments as referred to in Article 3 (1) (b) by lodging a security. |
