Two or more Member States may cooperate in introducing a common system for tolls applicable to their combined territories as a whole. In such a case, those Member States shall ensure that the Commission is informed about such cooperation and the system’s subsequent operation and possible amendment. 2. The common toll system shall be subject to the conditions set out in Articles 7 to 7k. Other Member States may join the common system. |
