1. Monitoring and reporting in accordance with Title IV of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060 shall use, as appropriate, the codes for the types of intervention set out in Annex VI to this Regulation. To address unforeseen or new circumstances and to ensure the effective implementation of the funding, the Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 31 to amend Annex VI. 2. The indicators set out in Annex VIII to this Regulation shall be used in accordance with Article 16(1) and Articles 22 and 42 of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060. |
