Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2012 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters (recast) article 81 CELEX: 02012R1215-20150226 This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 10 January 2015, with the exception of Articles 75 and 76, which shall apply from 10 January 2014. |
