The Commission, acting in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 34, shall have the power to adopt implementing provisions concerning: (a) the form, content and other details of notifications; (b) the form, content and other details of annual reports; (c) the form, content and other details of complaints submitted in accordance with Article 12(1) and Article 24(2); (d) details of time-limits and the calculation of time-limits; and
(e) the interest rate referred to in Article 16(2). |
