Council Regulation (EEC) No 3037/90 of 9 October 1990 on the statistical classification of economic activities in the European Community article 9 CELEX: 01990R3037-20080101 1. Where reference is made to this Article, Articles 4 and 7 of Decision 1999/468/EC () shall apply, having regard to the provisions of Article 8 thereof.
